At age 31, I am in my seventh year as an agent with Russell & Jeffcoat. I grew up in Charlotte, NC where my father still lives and works as a Broker/Developer. During my first summer break in college, I received my real estate license. I started my real estate career in Charlotte when I graduated from college. Since real estate seems to flow through my viens, it was inevitable that I would love real estate. I moved to Columbia after two years experience in Charlotte and started my business here, not knowing anyone but my in-laws. In the past seven years, I have become one of the top ten producers for the company.
I represent four local builders and two developers in 2 new subdivisions of which I am the exclusive listing agent. The 3 subdivisions I am the exclusive agent on are: St. Andrews Place and Laurel Hill Heights. St. Andrews Place is finishing up its second year and is moving into phase 2B in the next two months. My responsibilities in these subdivisions are extensive because I have been involved from the ground level. I was involved in determining the floor plans, standards, options and pricing, as well as serving on the architechtural review committee. I created the selection forms for buyer choices and acted as the liason with vendors. With the help of the Russell & Jeffcoat Marketing team, we have also been responsible for all the advertising and marketing for these subdivisions.
